This fully just refurbished villa is tastefully decorated in soothing tones, earthy colors and is equipped with all modern amenities to make your stay an enjoyable experience. The design and decor have a minimalistic flavor, as we tried to bring feelings of tranquility and ambience into the building. Enjoy magical afternoon sunsets or gaze at the stars on each floor spacious balconies, while the master-room 180o degree angle sea-view will absolutely take your breath away. All bedrooms are equipped with cable 4K TV’s, and free wireline or wireless high-speed internet access (wifi).
The main entrance leads you into a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area (dining place for 8 people), equipped with large comfortable sofas, a large wall frame TV and sound system. A large window overlooks the sea, leading you to the front side of the house,while a fireplace is also offered for the cold nights. On the back-side of the ground floor, you can find a large fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances to cook and ample spaces to store your F&B. The kitchen area offers also an in-built wooden table which can seat 5 more guests. The area is ideal for guests who enjoy gatherings and like preparing dinner together. On the ground floor you will also find a guest toilet.
On the 1st floor of the villa there are two bedrooms and one bathroom with a rectangular bathtub. One bedroom has a lovely sea view equipped with a queen-sized bed, while the other one which can accommodate up to 3 guests, has a pool view and consists of a queen-sized Japanese style platform bed, and a fold-down sofa bed. The 2nd floor consists of a superb master bedroom with a walk-in wardrobe, a type of office area (+ a minibar), and a large bathroom with a shower. The room offers a spectacular 180o angle sea-view, (enjoy your breakfast in bed gazing to the sea!). Both sea view balconies have all the necessary furniture for guests to enjoy a romantic dinner together, watching amazing sunsets with a taste of their favorite drink. The villa is both naturally and technically ventilated and fully air conditioned for your comfort. There is also a laundry facility. For your security an alarm system has been installed in the home with smart features, while CCTV cameras are installed outdoors to be used ONLY by you (details will be provided). A tablet will also be provided in order for you to handle all the necessary security system functions. The alarm system is linked to a security station for your own safety.
Outdoors the residence features a curved swimming pool with vast seating areas all around, awaiting you for a soothing dive or sunbathing while you enjoy the flower scenery of our gardens, in a peaceful and privately secured environment. Relaxing sun beds with sun-proof umbrellas and a variety of luxury furniture are available around the pool as well as an outdoor dining areasuited for 10 guests under a shaded pergola accompanied by a gas-fired barbeque cooking system (+ a mini bar) were guests can gather for dinner. The property is surrounded by beautiful garden landscapes offering you a taste of the Greek nature and fragrances. The villa has also an open garage which could host 1 car or an SUV.
We provide a cleaning service every three days, free of charge, while the pool is tactically cleaned twice a week, and gardening maintenance works are performed once a week. Please indicate if you are ok with that, and possible hours that these services could be performed, in order to preserve your privacy.
The Villa is an ideal escape destination for a family or group of people seeking to enjoy the bright Greek summer with privacy and relaxation, while it could be used also by corporate travelers who are executing a business trip to Athens and would like to combine work with pleasure. The villa is onlya 30 minute- drive from the airport and approximately 45-60 minutes from the Athens center.
